MCAP’s Low Income Housing Portfolio consists of over 100,000 SF spread across 6 properties in Hollywood, CA on streets including Vine, Leland, Beachwood, Gregory, Van Ness and Wilton. Currently, the portfolio takes its sponsorship from the Federal Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Program and has a five-year waiting list. MCAP is in the process of developing another HUD-sponsored property on Vine & Leland Way, one block south of Sunset Blvd and right behind Essex Property Trust’s new 200-unit apartment project.
