Cahuenga & De Longpre is a proposed 20-story, center-core mixed-use tower comprised of a three story podium atop which sits various amenity decks, a boutique-branded hotel component on the lower floors, a terraced separation followed by residential units on the upper floors complimented by a rooftop amenity deck 230 feet high. The Cahuenga & De Longpre tower will be oriented toward the Southern Cahuenga Blvd corridor, which is the only street that penetrates the Hollywood community grid diagonally and thus will be an architectural marvel in and of itself. This project is currently in the conceptual design phase with world-renown SOM Architects and will commence entitlement in 3Q'19 under the SB-1818 Incentive Program as a Transit Priority location.
This project will sit across the street from the 200-key Godfrey Hotel, PJ Olsen's 275-key Ivar Gardens Hotel, Kilroy’s $450 Million Academy on Vine, Cal Costal's 369-unit Rise Hollywood and one block south of Relevant Group’s Dream Hollywood, Thompson Hotel, Tommie Hotel and Selma Hotel projects.
